Christmas is nearly here, time for a well-earned rest. But don’t fall into the MLM December trap otherwise you’ll find January incredibly frustrating. I just got back from the gym with a clear mind and made this short post/video to help you start 2013 with an explosion out of the blocks towards your best year ever, instead of a flop and stutter into another year you’ll wish you did more in.
Of course you should chill out and spend time with loved ones over the holiday season, that’s the most important part, but don’t forget to plan your New Years strategy now. In January there’ll be a mass of people making the usual resolutions and a lot will be centered around requiring more free time and more income to provide choices, both of which we have the solution for with MLM. It’s up to you to be ready for these people, if you’re not, your business is going to miss out and more importantly a lot of people aren’t going to get the help they need.
By answering a few simple questions you will be better prepared and above the majority of your peers. Who am I looking for in the New Year to bring into my business? Where do those people spend their time, online and offline? What message do I want to send to these people? What methods will I use to reach these people to deliver this message? Is there anything I need to do now (leaflet design, booking a room for an event etc)? Will these people be able to find me online and offline when they come looking in January? Do I have a system in place to deal with new enquiries all the way through to sign up and coaching after? (This can be your own system or your company’s, whichever you use you need to be familiar with it to avoid mistakes and be professional).
