Your Company and pretty much every company has them, yet I hardly ever see incentives leveraged correctly. Here’s a post and real quick video on how you can inject momentum, growth, profit & motivation into your MLM Home Business By Leveraging Incentives.
Pre, During & Post
Anytime a new incentive is announced in your company, let everyone know. Your warm market, old prospects, new prospects…everyone! Create a buzz, a sense of urgency and highlight that this is a time limited deal which will help you focus and your new prospects see your opportunity as an exciting project. During the trip, or event or whatever it is, get plenty of photo’s and video, let everyone know that what you do is for real and your lifestyle is on the up, after-all, regardless of differing products, a better lifestyle is the universal product of MLM, highlight that! After the event, let everyone know you fully intend to repeat the experience and give others a chance to raise their hand and join you.
Rapid Reputation
Especially if the incentive is a trip or event, the boost to your rep will be immense when there’s plenty of company coverage and pictures of you with the big hitters of your company. Keep in mind too that if you become a regular winner of the incentives, doors start to open as the people who mentor you and lead the industry become your friends and legitimate contacts. I’ve just landed an interview and speaking slot doing exactly this, so trust me it’ll be worth the effort to get on that incentive!
