Can you imagine trying to build a huge network marketing team in a country where you don’t even speak the language?
It sounds really challenging, right?
What would you do?
How would you go about that?
Let me answer that below and interestingly how you can apply this scenario to recruiting a lot more reps in the countries where you’re trying to build right now.

Building From Zero
So think about what you would do…
You don’t speak the language, know anyone there and yet still have the goal to build a big team in the area.
You would learn the bare minimum language that would communicate what it is that you’ve got, right? A simple invitation. A simple way to see if somebody was open or not.
Then decide on a simple tool (video/website/webinar or slides) that would communicate what you’ve got in the language of the people you’re trying to show.
You’d then think of a couple of simple questions you could ask to close or have an upline prepared to help you who could speak both languages, right?
Through necessity you’d very quickly have a simple system in place that focused on what countes…the invitation, presentation and close.
More Is Better?
Take a second to think about your current approach, are you focusing on what counts or have you got so twisted up with information overload that your approach includes too many steps and mainly focused away from the income generating activities that count.
Particularly in the language you use when inviting & presenting, less is more my friend!
When I first started I was nervous, and I would fill in any silences. I wouldn’t wait for their responses. I would try to maybe tell them what I thought they should see, and go over the top. Maybe you do some of those same things?
Back To Basics = Productivity
Take a second and take a sheet of paper and write out your current approach, now where can you REMOVE not add…a back-to-basics approach.
Consider the top income earners inside of your company, and you’ll see they always sing from the same hymn sheet, that they got quick decisions, that they had a simple process that was duplicatable, no fluff, direct, simple and fast.
And you probably overlook that, right?
Perhaps you scoff and that and go, “Ah, man, it can’t be that simple right? There’s gotta be something they’re not telling me.”
But what if they’re not? What if you’re actually saying and doing too much? What if you’re adding too many things to the mix?
Create right now a simple invitation, presentation & close. Then concentrate on putting as many new people as you possibly can through the simple system you just created
The shortcut is to do the simple work staring you in the face and stop looking for the easy secret!
